Our recipes are 100% gluten free and diabetic friendly, not to mention healthy and delicious. Our food is just that, real food the way our grandparents would have made them: with proteins and green leafies, just like they would have grown in their back yards.
ECC was born out of East Coast Keto! We will always live a ketogenic lifestyle, but we recognize all those Keto (not really keto) labelled foods are giving us a bad rap. These garbage junk foods are muddying the water for what real/true ketogenic living means – ingredients first (no additives, no chemicals, soy starches or gluten), gluten free, and diabetic friendly. Real food, not products.
Healthy Comfort Foods via East Coast Culinary will be the way forward.

East Coast Culinary was created by Bobbi and Geoff Pike, a husband and wife team from Conception Bay South Newfoundland and Labrador.
After writing three bestselling cookbooks, we are responding to the public outcry of…

Bobbi Pike

Ten years in the making and still in progress.
Bobbi is head chef and recipe developer at East Coast Culinary, health coach at East Coast Keto and also owner/artist at Bobbi Pike Art. She is the author of the bestselling cookbooks East Coast Keto, East Coast Keto 2 and Healthy Comfort Foods. You can purchase them HERE,
Within her art brand, she is author to an adult colouring book, The Colours of Newfoundland and Labrador and the shareable colouring book, Come Colour with me in Newfoundland and Labrador.
She offered catering/culinary events, big and small and had cooked/participated in Grand Falls-Windsors Perfectly Centred Culinary Festival, Shawn Majumder’s The Gathering, Elliston’s Roots Rant and Roars, Manuels Rivers’ Chefs for Trails, Unscripted Twillingate – Digital Arts Festival and were regulars at the St John’s Farmers Market before moving to Calgary
On the art side, Bobbi instructs group and private paint and sip sessions, specializing in corporate events, fundraisers and stag/stagettes. She is also a freelance writer, Wife, Mother and Puppy Mom. Bobbi is a native of Spaniard’s Bay, and currently resides in Calgary, Alberta.
Bobbi began a journey to health in September 2016 and has lost 80+ pounds (and counting) and is a work in progress.
Geoff Pike

Geoff is associate chef and co-author of the Bestselling cookbooks East Coast Keto, East Coast Keto 2 and Healthy Comfort Foods. You can purchase them HERE. He is co-owner and fellow artist at Bobbi Pike Art.
In his day-time gig, Geoff is the Senior Database Designer at Inmarsat Global and is a Husband and Dad. He is a passionate cook, and a lover of music.
Geoff is also a native of Spaniard’s Bay, and currently resides in Calgary, Alberta.
Geoff began a journey to health in September 2016 and has lost 60+ pounds (and counting) and is feeling strong, happy and healthy.
